We are delighted to announce that we will be offering macaroons from this spring and these will also be available for weddings either to order or in a wedding 'cake' tower or as decoration to your wedding cake. Whether you call them Macaroons or Macarons, these sweet delights, made predominantly from an italian meringue with ground almonds, are sandwiched together to make an exquisite addition to any celebration. Hertfordshire Macaroons has been lucky enough to develop at Cakey Bakey Time following tuition from Mark Peregrine at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. They are chic and trendy and can really set your Wedding, Birthday, Dinner Party or indeed any celebration apart. Crisp on the outside and quickly melting in the mouth in your choice of flavour.
